KOTA KINABALU: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor has urged Muslims to embrace the spirit of hijrah as a foundation for unity and resilience in the face of complex global challenges.

He said ongoing conflicts in Gaza, Iran, Lebanon and Syria are not just regional concerns but have far-reaching impacts on international stability and the well-being of the global Muslim community.

Hajiji condemned Israel’s continuous military actions as violations of international law and basic human rights, warning they could reshape global geopolitics.

He stressed the need for Muslims to stand united against Islamophobia, humanitarian crises and economic pressures driven by Western powers under the so-called New World Order.
