KOTA KINABALU: Sabah Barisan Nasional (BN) has launched the Sabah BN AI Chatbot, a new digital initiative to introduce its candidates ahead of the 17th Sabah Legislative Assembly General Election.
The initiative, officiated by Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, who is also BN chairman, aims to modernise the party’s communication approach and engage younger voters through interactive technology.
The AI chatbot allows the public, especially first-time voters, to learn about BN candidates, follow campaign activities, and access verified information on party policies and initiatives.
It also serves as a tool to counter misinformation by providing official updates directly to users, ensuring that election-related content shared online remains factual and reliable.
Accessible via www.prnsabah.com and Facebook: BNComm Sabah, the chatbot will go live on Nov 12, coinciding with the start of the main campaign period.
