He said true economic growth can only be achieved through peace and cooperation between the State and Federal Governments.
Speaking at a dialogue with the Sabah Industry Association here on Saturday, Anwar reminded voters that the State election was about unity and national welfare, not personal ambition.
He noted that while political criticism and debate are inevitable, the focus must remain on strengthening Malaysia through shared responsibility and good governance.
Anwar stressed that harmony between the State and Federal Governments is vital to ensure development reaches all levels of society, particularly in uplifting the livelihoods of Sabahans.
He reiterated his administration’s firm stand against corruption and warned that leadership must be driven by service, not self-interest.
Anwar also highlighted Malaysia’s balanced diplomatic approach with global powers and reaffirmed Sabah’s vital role as a cornerstone of unity and inclusive growth in the country.
