KOTA KINABALU: An assistant discipline unit chief from SMKA Tun Datu Mustapha told the Coroner’s Court on Thursday that five internal investigations relating to Zara Qairina Mahathir’s case were carried out in July and August, but some reports were only completed on 26 November.

She said the school’s guidance and counselling unit conducted inquiries on July 16 and 17, as well as on Aug 4, 5 and 13.

According to her, the reports for the July investigations were prepared on the same day the inquiries were conducted.

She added that the reports for the August investigations were only completed months later on Nov 26.
