KOTA KINABALU: The State Government has directed all CEOs, group general managers and general managers of GLCs and statutory bodies in Sabah to submit written performance reports every three months to the Chief Minister beginning next year.
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor (

He said the reports are essential for monitoring organisational performance and warned that those who fail to submit them, fall short of their KPIs or show poor results may face reassignment or termination.
Hajiji urged all organisational heads to set clear and measurable KPIs that match their mandates and to uphold governance standards involving financial integrity, transparent implementation and accountability to the public.
He said the move strengthens oversight across entities with different roles but shared responsibilities, adding that better monitoring and accountability will support the effective rollout of the Sabah Maju Jaya 2.0 agenda for the benefit of the people.
