Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor received a farewell call from the United States Ambassador to Malaysia, Edgard D. Kagan, at his office in Menara Kinabalu on Thursday (pic).

During the meeting, Hajiji expressed his appreciation to Edgard for his dedicated service in Malaysia, particularly for strengthening bilateral relations and promoting Sabah internationally.

“I would like to thank Edgard for his contributions and the cooperation established during his service in Malaysia, including his support in showcasing Sabah’s uniqueness and potential to the global community,” he said.

Meanwhile, Edgard congratulated Hajiji on his reappointment as Chief Minister of Sabah, describing his leadership as crucial for the state’s continued development and stability.
