SOOK: Two men were injured after a Toyota single cab skidded off the road and hit a metal road divider along Jalan Sook–Nabawan at Batu 27 on Monday morning.

The Fire and Rescue Department received a call at 7.05am, and a team from Sook station, comprising six personnel, arrived at the scene, four kilometres away, at 7.09am.

Both victims had been taken to the hospital by members of the public before firefighters arrived, while police were also present at the scene.

Firefighters conducted safety checks and used hydraulic rescue tools to remove the vehicle from the road barrier, with the operation ending at 7.26am.
