BEAUFORT: A 46-year-old man was arrested after police found a packet of suspected syabu in his bag behind the public market here recently.
Beaufort District Police Chief Supt Champin Piuh told Daily Express on Sunday that police seized 0.58grammmes of suspected syabu.
He said police will continue intensifying efforts to combat substance abuse to ensure public safety and community well-being.
