RM9.4billion contract not according to work done is scandalous

It must be the first in the world for contract payment according to fixed time and not by work done.

The time contract of RM9.4 billion for gas pipeline for Tanah Melayu and Sabah which is linked to a company that is of debt-plagued is just like stealing (curi) by the right hand and over it with the left hand – all in the family.

This is worse than corruption.

This is among the worst contract paying by fixed time and not by work done.

Payment by Time contract should be accorded to Bumputera contractors.

Bumiputera contractors no need to do anything just collect payments at a fixed time.

This way will ensure Bumiputera Contractors will be very successful indeed!

This contract payment by fixed time and not by work done, must be as a result of “hero worshipping” of the previous Prime Minister Dato Najib Tun Abdul Razak to cover funds taken away.

He was carried away by the reception he was accorded each time he visited Sabah and Sarawak.

It is not important as to whether the signing ceremony was witnesed by the Chinese President or not.

The President would not know the contents of contract. Whether works are carried out or not.

The same applies as claimed by Najib that all procedures are being adhered to.

The facts remain that no contract in the world stipulated payment of the contract to be on fixed time and not on work done. This must be the worst scandal of such in the world. What is more damaging to Malaysia is that this RM9.4 billion is a loan from Export Bank of China, and that money has been taken out but work not carried out.

The findings of the new Harapan Government just the tip of ice berg.

Malaysia must be thankful to those Harapan leaders, in particular Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad.

Without these Harapan leaders Malaysia sure to go bankrupt and down a failed country.
