MUCH has been said about the RCI and illegal immigrants with its related problems affecting the State. It would be a good idea to gather data on the number of babies born to illegal immigrants in every district hospital statewide in order to compile the estimated numbers of illegal immigrants born between 1970-2011.

It should be more than one million by now, excluding those who received documents or holding IMM13, whose holders are also eligible to become citizens eventually.
