Man crashes Viva into cemetery

Kota Kinabalu: A man in his 30s sustained slight injuries when the Viva he was driving crashed into the fence of a cemetery near Bandar Sierra in Telipok, here, Thursday. The man was said to be heading to Kota Belud from Penampang when he lost control of the vehicle at about 9am.The impact caused the car to plough into the cemetery fence before it keeled over near a drain.

In Penampang, an 18-year-old motorcyclist and his 15-year-old pillion sustained injuries when a Kelisa vehicle crashed into their motorcycle on Wednesday afternoon. The motorcycle was said to be heading along the straight route near Kobusak, when the Kelisa driven by a 66-year-old man hit them as he was making a U-turn.
