Not taking the company private

Kuala Lumpur: Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd's (FGV) board of directors Monday clarified that there has been no discussions on taking the company private.In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, FGV said the announcement was made after making due enquiries with Federal Land Development Authority (Felda) as the major shareholder."FGV was informed that there has been no discussion on this matter at the board level.
