Three drug pushers held in Sembulan

Kota Kinabalu: Three suspected drug pushers were nabbed and RM25,000 worth of syabu seized during a raid in Sembulan, here, Monday.The trio, aged between 23 and 30, including a woman, were believed to be waiting for customers when the police team moved in.

A slight commotion ensued when the three unemployed locals with previous drug convictions attempted to flee in the 12.15pm raid.

Further inspections on one of them led to the discovery of five transparent packets containing substance believed to be syabu weighing 151.19 grammes.

The other two were found with no offensive items however both tested positive for drugs when apprehended.
