Kota Kinabalu: Home buyers and potential buyers of Kingfisher Inanam are set to experience good service with the appointment of Property Hub (PH) as the exclusive sales agent.Local developer Hap Seng Properties Development Sdn Bhd Chief Operating Officer John Tan said the partnership with PH will further boost the existing encouraging public response towards the project.

"It is a busy year for us (Hap Seng), especially on the Kingfisher Inanam project," he said during an agreement signing ceremony between Hap Seng Properties Development and PH, at the project's sales gallery, here, Friday.

"We are really excited with the project as the construction is advancing very well.

"I am impatient to see the first block's recreational facilities to be completed by 2019."

Noting that many development projects in the City are sea-facing, Tan said, Kingfisher Inanam offers "something for a change, especially those who love nature and the forest."

"We offer a healthy living for home owners…not only the project's surrounding but also its facilities – it is equipped with a swimming pool, gym, and a jogging track, among others.

"The design is also people with disability and senior citizen-friendly. Hap Seng has always focus on quality, and we also offer easy accessibility and comfort for home owners," he said.

Thanking Hap Seng for the appointment, PH Director Enoch Khoo pledged their commitment to market the project.

"Our (PH) people are investing in Kingfisher Inanam ourselves and I think this is a strong testimony for the project as generally property agents are hard to be pleased and convinced and we put our whole trust on this project.

"Furthermore, we are very selective in taking up projects…we do not take all projects blindly," he said.

Established four years ago, PH, currently, has three branches – Kota Kinabalu, Mont' Kiara and Kuala Lumpur.

The firm received several property awards last year and had recorded about RM200 million of property transactions since 2014.

"We started our agency by thinking big, starting small and growing deep.

"Despite being a new agency, we have managed to influence the landscape of real estate in Sabah by building bridges and collaborating with strategic agencies."

Khoo also disclosed that now is the best time for buyers to make a purchase in Kingfisher Inanam as the pricing package is expected to be revised in September.

The pricing, Tan explained, depends much on the global economic situation.

"I am urging the public to consider to show their support in this project…with the unsettling and unpredictable economic situation, I can say that your best bet is to put your money in the property sector," he said, adding, to date, more than 200 units of Block 1 have been sold.

Strategically positioned in the established neighbourhood of Inanam, Kingfisher Inanam is located only 15 minutes to the city centre.

It is surrounded by a host of amenities, including schools, banks, shopping and dining avenues.

Kingfisher Inanam also incorporates the seismic designs where it takes into account the potential seismic forces, in order for it to respond appropriately to the risks and threats posed by natural hazards to the building and its occupants.

Also present was PH (Sabah) Resident Manager Sharon Goh. - Ricardo Unto
