SP Setia promotes dual key SOVOs

Kota Kinabalu: Malaysia's Builder of Distinction, SP Setia, is promoting a new dual key Small Office Versatile Office (SOVO Exchange) concept that is cosily safe, secure, with prestige to its property mix at the Aeropod next to the Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA). It is amid an integrated 60-acre development with hotels, food and beverage outlets, a shopping mall, offices and shops with international flavours as well as green parks.

The limited number of corner 964 sq. ft. properties located in Aeropod as a central transportation hub is poised to take advantage of the close access to the airport large catchment population, making it a very desirable and sustainable destination for work and travel.

  It will be installed with top fibre optic Internet speed connectivity with its hybrid suite show unit to be launched for public visit this Saturday Feb 28 at its KK Times Square premises together with the launch of its Block K2 after the success of its Block K1 with early bird incentives.

The company is inviting the public to view the show unit between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. where lunch would be served and some would stand a chance to get golden goat figurine and ang pow in conjunction with its Chinese New Year celebration

Today's global village setting for business start-ups especially by the creative younger generations on the go, office space need not be huge, but just optimal for serious work to be done in mindfully peaceful, clean, impressively prestigious and safe security environment, linked and connected by Internet access to the whole wide world for business and leisure.

The dual key concept entails having two parcels of the single unit with two doors. 

One parcel could be rented out, while the other utilised for business. Later when more space is needed for expansion, the owner can then use the other parcel. 

A linked Garden Deck is provided at Level 5 for relaxation, with a gym on Level 7 for exercises and more spacious meeting room available for rent on Level 8.

Other three types of SOVO units range from 330 sq. ft., 438 sq. ft. to 1,202 sq. ft. (dual key option possible) in floor size and the whole project has more than 2,500 vehicle parking lots.

The city's only train line runs through Aeropod, forming an easy and convenient link from the property to the rest of KK in future.

The train station is also slated for refurbishment to enhance the experience of first-class public transport, comparable to a modern central transportation hub.
