The forum, set for Feb 4-5, 2026, aims to strengthen Sabah's position as a competitive Asia Pacific hub for Business Events and cross-border collaboration.
It was during Chan’s term that a request for proposal exercise was called by the Bintulu Port Authority for the management of the Labuan Liberty Port. The successful bidder was Straits Inter Logistics Bhd, which in turn appointed Labuan Megah Port Management Sdn Bhd to operate under a six-year contract.
