SANDAKAN: Libaran Member of Parliament, Datuk Zakaria Mohd Edris commended the Federal Government under the leadership of Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin for giving attention to Sabah’s needs under the 2021 National Budget.He said the presentation of the budget by the Federal Finance Minister of Finance, Senator Tengku Zafrul Aziz has allocated RM5.1 billion for infrastructure development in Sabah, as well as ensuring continuation of the Pan Borneo mega from Serusop to Pituru.
“The budget also mentioned about expanding mobile banking services to Sabah so as to facilitate the distribution of government assistance to the rural population.
