Kota Kinabalu: The distribution of small projects under the Strategic Programme to Empower the People and the Economy (Pemerkasa) in Sabah should be given only to local contractors in those districts that have the projects.Sabah Contractors Association (PKS) Jupperi Lenson (pic), who proposed this, said such method would ensure fair distribution of the small projects throughout many districts in Sabah so that local contractors in those districts would not be left out.
