Kota Kinabalu: The Heart of Luyang Golf Tournament 2022 to be held at the Sabah Golf and Country Club (SGCC), here, tomorrow (Saturday) is offering an apartment unit for its hole-in-one grand prize.
The tournament is organised by KTI Sdn Bhd as a symbol of appreciation for the confidence and trust of the owners of the company’s Parkhill apartments, as well as to thank them for making The Logg their future home.
KTI sales and marketing director Stella Loke said all 250 units of Parkhill apartments have been sold out within six months of its official launch early this year.
She said this achievement marked the company’s good start in its first foray into premium mixed development.
She said this was also following the approval by Maybank for the Houzkey financing scheme, which offers zero down payment and 100 per cent financing for applicants.
KTI, she said, was the first property developer in Sabah to be approved for the scheme which has benefited up to 40 per cent of its purchasers.
“Our mission is to realise the aspiration of people in owning their dream home and we are delighted that with Parkhill’s favourable progress, we have made that dream a reality for local homebuyers,” she said in a statement, Thursday.
She also disclosed that they will continue to extend the benefits of the scheme for the remaining two residential towers, Shorea n Astoria.
Sale for the condominium suites at Shorea n Astoria will be launched soon as the project continues to take shape from the ground up.
KTI, as the main contractor for the project, has completed 80 per cent of basement construction works with scheduled full completion by the year’s end.
This has been a critical factor in the initial construction stages of The Logg and it has taken two years of bored piling and foundation works to reach this stage.
When completed, the whole development will be supported by a solid substructure foundation to safeguard the entire project against earthquake. The Boulevard Mall is anticipated to be completed by 2023.
