LABUAN: The Labuan Chamber of Commerce and Industry described the Budget 2023 as “responsible and inclusive” but which brought no cheer to Labuan.Its Chairman Datuk Dahlif Singh said there were expectations that the Island’s duty-free sparkle will be restored with tax-free tobacco allowed bit it was not the case.
