Kota Kinabalu: Keningau and Kota Marudu emerged champions in the Sabah School Sports Council Hockey Under-18 championship which concluded at the Likas Hockey Stadium on Friday.
Keningau captured the boys title with a 3-0 win over Kota Belud in the final with Kota Marudu and Tenom in joint third place.
Kota Marudu girls on the other hand, took the title with a 4-2 shoot-out victory against Keningau after both teams tied 0-0 at full time.
The tournament saw the participation of 30 teams with 15 in each category and they were divided into five groups.
