RANAU: Voluntary Fire Brigade can be very helpful in during natural disasters, especially during floods, said Ranau Member of Parliament, Datuk Jonathan Yasin.
He said the experience of the past several years of flash floods in several areas here should be a lesson to all parties to further prepare for the situation.
He announced RM12,000 to finance activities and purchase equipment for the Kg Libang Volunteer Fire Brigade to deal with natural disasters.
