Tenom: The Parti Kesejahteraan Demokratik Masyarakat (KDM) is committed to offering RM300 for six months to all graduates if the party, in coalition, forms the new government of Sabah after the 17th State election.
KDM President Datuk Peter Anthony said such assistance is crucial to alleviate the financial burden on new graduates who are still seeking employment in the job market.
“This is why KDM has included the provision to new graduates as part of our party manifesto for the upcoming State election,” said Peter in launching the election machinery for the Kemabong State constituency, recently.
Also present was KDM Deputy President Datuk Wetrom Bahanda.
Peter also announced the ninth manifesto, which promises cash assistance of RM500 to single mothers for one year.
Previously, the KDM President had unveiled seven manifestos at various election machinery launch events, including those in Limbahau, Papar, and Pitas held recently.
Among the earlier manifestos announced was a proposal to establish a dedicated airline, bank and restructuring of land management.
