Eyewitnesses described moments of surprise and confusion as the monitor lizard explored the indoor space, creating an unexpected wildlife encounter in an urban setting.

Quick-thinking customers and staff members worked together to safely guide the animal back outside. Using gentle shooing methods, they successfully encouraged the monitor lizard to leave the premises without resorting to harmful measures.
