Kota Kinabalu: PROPEX 2025 Organising Chairman Jonathan Wong Kar Gee said the return of the Sabah’s largest property showcase is set to make a vibrant comeback, promising visitors a unique blend of property, lifestyle and travel opportunities.
He said this year’s edition carries the theme “My Perfect Home”, aimed at creating a one-stop destination for Sabahans to explore and secure their dream properties.
“Whether you are buying your first home, upgrading, investing or simply window shopping – PropEX is designed to make that journey enjoyable, informed, and worthwhile.
“The exhibition will run daily from 10am to 9pm at SICC’s Kinabatangan Halls 2 and 3, featuring 54 booths offering latest in property, home solutions and related services.
“Our booths layout this year is inspired by the classic Monopoly board game, offering visitors an interactive, clockwise-flowing experience, which is playful that will guide visitors through the exhibition in a fun, engaging way – with a surprise at every turn,” he said in the press conference here. In a first for the event, Jonathan said PropEX 2025 is collaborating with the MITM Travel Fair, which will be held next door at Kinabatangan Hall 1.
“We have opened up the wall between both halls so visitors will step into one massive Property + Travel Fair. You could walk in for a home and walk out with a holiday package too,” he said.
Among the highlights of the PropEX 2025 include, Jonathan said includes:
- Daily lucky draws for registered visitors.
- A chance to win a brand-new 75-inch Sony Smart TV for purchasers booking properties during the event.
- Family-friendly activities such as a Miniature House Modelling contest, Mathematics competition, Kids’ Fashion Show, Blood Donation Drive, and the ever-popular Bingo game.
- The Booth Design Awards, featuring categories the main three awards namely Best Model House, Most Attractive Advertisement, and Most Creative Booth, to be announced at the closing ceremony. “Come and experience PropEX 2025.
