Farming training centre proposed

Sandakan: Beluran Umno Youth has requested for a farming training centre to be set up in Beluran that would ensure that its youths are equipped with the necessary training in farming. The proposal was presented by its chief, Samad Jambri at its delegates conference here Saturday.Samad, who is also the private secretary to the Beluran Member of Parliament, commented that their school leavers who wished to pursue their education in the field of farming were currently forced to travel far.
