Beaufort: Beaufort Umno acting head Isnin Aliasnih said the Barisan Nasional (BN) has a secret weapon to dislodge Datuk Seri Lajim Ukin in Beaufort in the 13th General Election (GE13). He said the BN election machinery had launched a whispering campaign in Beaufort to tell voters why Lajim deserted Umno to join the opposition. Isnin, who is also the BN's candidate for Klias, said the BN was now on a stronger footing to defeat Lajim in the two seats following PKR Beaufort head Abdul Jarih @ Ramli Haji Ukin and former SAPP vice president Datuk Rashid Gador crossing over to the BN.
