Team Project and SHA shine

Sandakan: Team Project and Sandakan Handball Association (SHA) emerged as men's and women's champion in the just concluded Sandakan Open Handball Championship.It was a closely contested finals in both categories with Team Project edging SHA 4-3 to lift the men's title while SHA defeated Apex Roxy, also with the same scoreline.Stay up-to-date by following Daily Express’s Telegram channel.

A total of 14 teams took part in the two-day competition and the best player in the men's category went to goalkeeper Salman Mohamad Khairudin from Team Project and Nur Azrinie Awang from SHA took the women's top honour.
