Kota Kinabalu: At least two local authorities in Sabah have decided to follow the State Government’s relaxed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) even though not endorsed officially by the National Security Council (NSC).City Hall and the Sandakan Municipal Council said their enforcement units would not be issuing compounds or taking action on eateries or restaurant operators who allowed dine-ins so long as they complied with the previous SOPs.
