SANDAKAN: KTI Landmark Berhad, one of Sabah’s premier property developers, celebrated a major achievement with the grand opening of the Taman Seraya Sales Gallery in Sandakan on 9 November 2024.
Officiated by Datuk Dr. Gordon Loke, CEO and Managing Director of KTI Landmark Berhad, alongside Ms. Stella Loke, KTI Executive Director, the event offered future homeowners a preview of Taman Seraya, Sandakan’s leading residential project, which has seen overwhelming demand with Phases 1, 2, and limited unit for phase 3.
The opening also announced the much-anticipated launch of Phase 4, set for Q1 2025, in response to strong community interest.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Datuk Dr. Gordon Loke expressed gratitude for the exceptional response to Taman Seraya and highlighted KTI’s vision for the development.
“We are incredibly grateful for the strong response to Taman Seraya. It reflects the demand for thoughtfully designed, accessible homes in this vibrant region,” he shared.
“KTI is dedicated to providing quality, affordable housing that aligns with the needs of Sandakan’s growing community, and we look forward to launching Phase 4 in early 2025 to meet this continued interest.”
Situated in the bustling Batu 7 area, Taman Seraya addresses a key demand among Sandakan’s homebuyers for spacious yet affordable housing.
Each home in the project includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with prices starting from RM350,000 – RM500,000, a value-driven offering that appeals to a wide range of buyers, including public servants and local professionals looking to build roots in the area.
Taman Seraya is a joint venture project between KTI and the LPPB, built on a 20.12-acre site. KTI is also collaborating with Unit Perumahan Penjawat Awam Malaysia (PPAM), a unit under the Prime Minister’s Department, to introduce the 17pc Madani Incentive for civil servants in Sabah who are eligible to purchase units in Taman Seraya.
KTI has previously implemented the PPAM housing programme for its Puncak Gloxinia, Kinarut and Residensi Seri Akasia, Block E and F in Tuaran.
The new sales gallery allows potential buyers to experience the quality and layout of Taman Seraya homes, which reflect KTI’s commitment to modern, practical living.
Every unit is designed to provide ample living space, including dedicated kitchen, dining, and living areas that cater to the needs of today’s families. Beyond individual homes, Taman Seraya is crafted as a community, with planned green spaces and safe, walkable neighbourhoods to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
Datuk Dr. Gordon Loke and Ms. Stella Loke both highlighted KTI’s dedication to quality and the positive impact of Taman Seraya on Sandakan’s real estate landscape.
“With each phase, we are building a vibrant, inclusive community that represents Sandakan’s spirit and aspirations,” Ms. Stella Loke noted. “This gallery marks a significant step in helping future homeowners visualize the life and community they can enjoy in Taman Seraya.”
As Phases 1, 2, and 3 have already reached full capacity, Phase 4 is scheduled to launch in Q1 2025, anticipated to include enhancements inspired by buyer feedback.
Phase 4 will maintain the high standards that define Taman Seraya while introducing new features aimed at further enhancing residents’ quality of life.
The opening of the Taman Seraya Sales Gallery stands as a key milestone in Sandakan’s property market, providing a space for prospective buyers to engage with KTI’s vision of quality, affordability, and community-centered living.
The gallery’s launch attracted local bankers, community leaders, and prospective homeowners, all eager to witness the latest addition to Sandakan’s real estate offerings.
With Phase 4 set to launch in early 2025, Datuk Dr. Gordon Loke and Ms. Stella Loke invite the community to visit the Taman Seraya Sales Gallery and explore the future of residential living in Sandakan.
As the project grows, Taman Seraya promises to be more than just a housing development – it is a thriving, family-oriented community that reflects the aspirations and vitality of Sandakan.
