Mohd Nizam said 16 applications for House Repair Assistance were also approved from January to May 2026, with a total allocation of RM540,100

“The assistance worth RM100,000.00 was channelled through the MAIWP House Construction Assistance Scheme.

“To complete the new home, MAIWP also approved RM20,000 in assistance for basic furniture and household appliances, including a refrigerator, washing machine, stove and gas cylinder, beds, mattresses, and wardrobes.

“This initiative reflects MAIWP’s ongoing commitment to ensuring that the asnaf community has comfortable and better living conditions,” he said.
