Drugs: Three held in Lahad Datu
The cases will be investigated under 39A(1) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1052 and 39B of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952, respectively. 
LAHAD DATU: Police arrested three foreign men and seized a total of 58.2gm of syabu in an operation here on April 30.

District Police Chief ACP Dzulbaharin Ismail said a 35-year-old with 5.08gm of syabu was arrested at 10.30pm in front of a hotel in the town area.

He said a 36-year-old was arrested after being found with 53.11gm of syabu at Jambatan Kampung Puyut at 10.30pm.

The cases will be investigated under 39A(1) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1052 and 39B of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952, respectively.

According to Dzulbaharin, another foreigner was arrested after his urine tested positive for taking amphetamine and methamphetamine.

The case will be investigated under Section 15(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.
