Kota Kinabalu: Tah Nia Jaman (pic) has been appointed the new Sabah Education Director. Her last known post was Kota Kinabalu Education Department Officer.
She replaces Datuk Dr Mistirine Radin who has been promoted to Ministry of Education’s Teacher Professionalism Division Director in Putrajaya.
Mistirine who held the post since 2019, reported for work at her new post on May 13.
“I am pleased to inform that I reported for duty in Putrajaya yesterday. Puan Tah Nia is the new Sabah State Director of Education,” said Mistirine.
“Thank you very much for your cooperation and assistance during my tenure as Sabah Education Director. May our cooperation continue,” she added.

“The slogan of the Sabah Education Department has had a lot of positive impact, and the media is the main supporter of the effort to get out of number 16 (the last among 16 State Education Departments),” she said.
