Offer to the Vetro11 condominium owners

Kota Kinabalu: Homestay operator, Pinstay Plus Sdn Bhd, is offering a guaranteed fixed monthly income option to 260 condominium owners of Vetro11.

This initiative was sealed through a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) signed between Pinstay Plus Sdn Bhd and Vetro11’s developer, Q Avenue under ATON Group, last Sunday.

Pinstay Plus Sdn Bhd’s Managing Director, Lion Wong Ing Lieng, said the aim of the MoA is to establish Pinstay Plus as the Preferred Operator of Vetro11, located next to Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH).

“Pinstay Plus has over five years of proven expertise in property management and short-term rentals, managing over 10 buildings with 410 units. We specialise in helping property owners turn their investments into hassle-free, high-performing assets.

“Q Avenue has collaborated with us to offer this special package with attractive benefits for the owners,” he said after signing on behalf of Pinstay Plus, with Q Avenue represented by its Managing Director, Charlie Tang, at the Banyan Valley Sales Gallery, on Jan 19.

“Collaborating with Vetro11’s developer, Q Avenue, Pinstay Plus offers this innovative package for the first time, which is more appealing than the profit-sharing models used elsewhere,” said Lion Wong.

Pinstay Plus has introduced two innovative profit models for homestay operators in this area.

Fixed Monthly Income Model: This model sets pricing based on demand for various room types, ensuring a steady and predictable revenue stream for operators.

The monthly income varies based on unit types, providing owners with confidence in their investment.

Profit-Sharing Model: This model aligns the interests of homestay operators with Pinstay Plus by sharing a portion of the revenue generated.

“These flexible and adaptable profit models reflect Pinstay Plus’s commitment to supporting local businesses and enhancing Vetro11 as a preferred destination for those seeking a tranquil suburban retreat,” Lion Wong said. 

Lion Wong said the target market includes locals who need comfortable accommodations while caring for family members at QEH 1.

Additionally, business travellers are a key target market, given Vetro11’s medium and high-range business suite offerings.
