Sodomising and molesting sister, 12
The offence under Section 377C of the Penal Code carries a jail term of up to 20 years, and whipping, on conviction.
Kota Kinabalu: The Sessions Court here fixed Dec 9 - 11 for the trial of a 20-year-old charged with two counts of sodomising his minor sister and molesting her.

Judge Amir Shah Amir Hassan set the date for the case.

On the first counts, the youth is accused committing carnal intercourse against the order of nature against his 12-year-old sister at 9am on Jan 2 this year at a house in Manggatal, here.

The offence under Section 377C of the Penal Code carries a jail term of up to 20 years, and whipping, on conviction.

On the second count, the youth allegedly committed physical sexual harrasment against the sister on Jan 4 this year at the same place.

The youth was further remanded pending the disposal of his case.

Meanwhile, a secondary teacher who was charged with two counts of committing sexual physical harrasment against two female students, will go trial on Aug 9 - 10.

The court set the date for Redzwan Bilmahruf, 50, when his case was brought up for mention to set the trial date.

On the first count, Redzwan is accused of committing the offence against the 14-year and nine-month-old girl by touching her armpit and left breast at 8.30am on Sept 25 this year at the hall of the school.

On the second count, he allegedly committed the same offence against another female student age 15-years and five months by touching her right breast at the same place on Sept 25 this year at 9.20am.

Deputy Public Prosecutor Nurul Shafeerah Mad Iskim appeared for the prosecution.

Redzwan who was represented by counsel Dominic Chew Ban Huat, is currently released on court’s bail granted previously, pending his trial.
