Kota Kinabalu: A man claimed trial in a Sessions Court here to raping a foreign woman last month.
Moh Al Fradzmer, 33, entered the plea before Judge Hurman Hussain, after the charge was read to him.

Moh Al is accused of raping the woman, who holds an IMM13 document, between 2am and 5am on June 22 this year at Stadium Likas parking lot, here.
The charge stated that while raping the woman, Moh Al also caused injury to her.
He was charged under Section 376 (2) (a) of the Penal Code which provides for a jail term of between 10 and 30 years, and whipping, upon conviction.
The court fixed Aug 11 to re-mention the case and no bail was offered to Moh Al pending the disposal of his case.
Deputy Public Prosecutor Bryan Francis appeared for the prosecution while Moh Al was not represented.
