Kota Kinabalu: Premium tile brand Feruni Ceramiche Sdn Bhd has partnered four Sabah property developers under its first Synergistic Collaboration initiative in East Malaysia.

The strategic partners are Glowbest Sdn Bhd for D101 Kobusak, JSK Land Sdn Bhd for Taman Universiti Utama, KTI Development Sdn Bhd for Araya Gardens and Arena Borneo Sdn Bhd for Marche Kota Kinabalu.

Chief Commercial Officer Roger Ong said the initiative, first introduced in Peninsular Malaysia in 2018, aims to create long-term value for developers and homebuyers while giving participating projects greater exposure through Feruni's nationwide network.

He said the developments will be promoted through Feruni's 35,000-strong customer base, showrooms nationwide and digital platforms.

The 2026 D-MAX also introduces an 8-speed automatic gearbox with sequential shift across the range, including the Single Cab variant, making it the first pick-up truck in Malaysia to offer an automatic transmission in that body style.
The collaboration agreement was signed at Feruni's retail store here on Friday.
