Kota Kinabalu: KTI Landmark Berhad has denied allegations circulating on Facebook over the construction progress and financial condition of its The Logg development, describing the claims as false and without factual basis.
In a statement on Facebook, the company said The Logg remains on schedule and its financial position is strong and stable, adding that it remains committed to delivering the project as planned while keeping purchasers, tenants and stakeholders informed through its official channels.
KTI said it viewed the circulation of false and misleading information seriously because of its potential to cause unnecessary concern among stakeholders and damage the company's reputation.
It said legal action is being pursued against those responsible for publishing, circulating and amplifying the allegations, as well as anyone who continues to share or repost the claims.
The company advised the public to refer to its Annual Report on Bursa Malaysia and its corporate website for information on its financial position, and to rely only on official announcements or direct enquiries to the company.
