Kota Kinabalu: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor met with Prof Dr Gunter Pauli, author of the Blue Economy, at Menara Kinabalu, Monday.
During the meeting, they discussed the Blue Economy and the way forward for Sabah in implementing initiatives under the concept to derive new wealth and income for the State.
Hajiji also presented the certificate of appointment to Dr Gunter as Sabah’s Blue Economy Advisor.
Dr Gunter, 69, is keynote speaker at the Third Asean Blue Economy Forum 2025 held at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC).
Also present were State Secretary Datuk Seri Sr Safar Untong and Sabah Maju Jaya Secretariat Chief Coordinating Officer Datuk Rosmadi Sulai.
