Speaking after the groundbreaking ceremony for the Kampung Duvanson field on Saturday, Shahelmey said the RM300,000 project is expected to be completed within three months and will be used for sports and community activities.
Kota Kinabalu: Sustainable development remains a priority in Putatan to improve residents' quality of life and strengthen the constituency's social and economic growth, said Putatan MP Datuk Shahelmey Yahya.

He said the annual RM2 million parliamentary allocation has funded projects including an open hall at SK Contoh, a field and grandstand at SMK Tansau, a field at SMK Putatan, as well as road lighting and drainage works.

Speaking after the groundbreaking ceremony for the Kampung Duvanson field on Saturday, Shahelmey said the RM300,000 project is expected to be completed within three months and will be used for sports and community activities.

He said efforts would continue to secure additional funding through relevant ministries as the parliamentary allocation alone is insufficient to meet infrastructure needs.
