Kota Kinabalu: A leading premium tiles brand in Malaysia, Feruni Ceramiche Sdn Bhd, has partnered with four Sabah reputable property developers through its first Synergistic Collaboration initiative to strengthen ties with the local property industry.
The four are Glowbest for its luxurious residential property, D101 Kobusak, JSK Land for Taman Universiti Utama, KTI Group for Araya Gardens and Arena Borneo for a new lifestyle destination for shopping, dining and socialising, Marche Kota Kinabalu.
Feruni Ceramiche Chief Commercial Officer Roger Ong said the initiative, which has previously been held in Peninsular Malaysia, was introduced here for the first time for East Malaysia as part of the company’s efforts to support and give back to developers and clients who have been supporting Feruni over the years.
The initiative, which was introduced in 2018, is designed to create long-term value for both developers and homebuyers by integrating premium surface materials into residential developments while providing wider market exposure for participating projects.
Roger said Feruni would leverage its network of approximately 35,000 customers nationwide to promote the participating property developments through its showrooms and digital platforms.
“We want to help promote and give exposure to this initiative to our approximately 35,000 in our client base.

“The developments of projects from KK developers will be featured at Feruni’s showrooms in Johor, Melaka, Penang, the Klang Valley and Kota Kinabalu, in addition to being promoted through digital media channels,” he told Daily Express at the signing of the Synergistic Collaboration of Feruni with the four at Feruni Retail Store, here.
Roger represented Ferumi Ceramiche Sdn Bhd while Glowbest Sdn Bhd represented by its Managing Director Benny Ng Su Pei, JSK Land Sdn Bhd by its representative, KTI Development Sdn Bhd represented by its Group Executive Director Wilson Loke and Arena Borneo Sdn Bhd Managing Director Datuk Matthew Tan.
Through this strategic alliance, Feruni provides premium tiling materials, enabling developers to enhance the quality and appeal of their projects without additional investment.
“At Feruni, we believe the best partnerships are those that create lasting value for everyone involved.
“The Synergistic Collaboration reflects our commitment to building stronger relationships with property developers while helping them deliver homes that stand out through exceptional design, quality and craftsmanship.
“Beyond supplying premium surfaces, we want to be a trusted partner in our developers’ growth journey. Ultimately, this collaboration creates meaningful benefits for developers, homebuyers and Feruni alike in a true win-win partnership,” he said.
Feruni has been operating in Sabah for 11 years.
Primarily involved in the tile industry, Roger said Feruni offers more than premium surface materials by working closely with designers to create aesthetically appealing and functional living spaces.
“We provide designs and collaborate with local designers to create outstanding concepts that transform houses into homes where people can enjoy a comfortable lifestyle and a warm living environment,” he said.
Glowbest Sdn Bhd Managing Director Benny Ng Su Pei said it teamed up with Feruni to enhance the design and marketability of its upcoming D101 Kobusak development in Penampang.
The collaboration with Feruni marks the company’s second major brand partnership following an earlier township development project with Digi in Tenom, which featured a fully wireless infrastructure.
