KOTA KINABALU: Police have warned the public not to participate in any gathering or demonstration planned for Saturday unless it complies with the Peaceful Assembly Act 2012.

District police chief ACP Kasim Muda said organisers are accountable for ensuring public order, road access and community safety are not compromised.
