Kota Kinabalu: The ninth Haji Cilik Simulation Programme is expected to continue growing to help nurture children who excel academically while possessing strong religious knowledge.
Chief Minister's wife Datin Seri Juliah Salag said the programme provides children with practical exposure to the pillars of haj, sacred sites and values such as patience, discipline, sacrifice, cooperation and compassion.

Juliah said the programme has attracted participation from Islamic kindergartens, primary schools and families throughout Sabah, reflecting the strong support it has received from the Muslim community.
She said this when officiating the ninth Haji Cilik Simulation Programme 2026 at the Kota Kinabalu City Mosque on Saturday, and congratulated the Sabah Private Islamic Kindergartens Association (Pertis) for organising the programme.
